Divisional Duties
Each and every division plays an important role on achieving great success within the agency. Everyone needs to play their role and have a great teamwork and strong bonds between each other. United we stand, divided we fall!
Below are duties and tasks for each divisions. Read and follow. Play your part!
Standard Ranks
The earliest membership stage of National Security’s Staff. They are solely tasked to greet and recruit members via the Front Desk and adapt to the environment within the agency.

Advanced Officers
Senior officers from the batch. They have adapted to the commands and environment within the agency. They are now learning on handling some cases within recruitment. These members are exposed to the new things and ready to be promoted to the next division.

Security Division
They control the entrance from the lobby to headquarter. They inspect the B.U.M (Badges, Uniform, Motto) of members, before passing them in. They also tasked to prevent trolls or any groups related to mafia from entering. They are also tasked to send the member on the security section to another section if needed (for Training).

Education Corps
Trainers are tasked to brief, train and test the recruits/new members about Rules, Commands and information for them to be ready to employed on the work areas. They play a big role on ensuring the work force of the agency are well educated and mannered. Ensuring the recruit are aware of the rules and command is a crucial thing for the Trainers.

Management Department
Experienced and senior members within the Low Ranks ( Tier IV ). They are now well adapted to how the basic operations within the agency. Their task is to supervise and promote those who are worthy and to guide them through anything they would need help with relating to the work stations.

SWAT Division
Mainly, their task is nothing different than Management Department. However the name stated itself, SWAT, they engaged in crucial problems such as malfunctioned work stations or issues such as disrespectful members or any affiliated to the NS ( SV/VIP/Allies). They will report it to the higher ups and have it under controlled in the mean time.

Detective and Forensics
This division specialised in handling cases regarding Disciplinary Action related to the Lower Ranks. Such as strike or demotion, they will be needed to oversee the case and hear from the suspects to come with a conclusion. They will then refer to the High Ranking Officers who are handle the case based on the Disciplinary Policies.

Senior Ranks
They are the most senior officer of Low Ranks. Generally, their task is to supervise and handle the wellbeing of the members. Any changes or updates within the agency, they are responsible to let the lower ranks informed. They have rights to strike or demote based on the Disciplinary Policies. Therefore, they have rights to speak and to advice the lower ranks.

Operations Unit
This unit carries out the changes or updates from the higher ups and implemented it to the work force of the agency. They also act as an experimental/example groups of new changes. They will be the practical group to execute the changes before being implemented to the general members of NS. They have rights to comment and response about the changes been made whether it is suitable or not for the use of National Security’s management.

Senior Council
Senior Council will gather information from the members within the agency and presents them to the Board of Chairman. Initially, the Senior Council are the one who controls the information passed to the higher ups. It is to confirm whether the information given is authentic. They also will oversee the Operations Unit to confirm that the experiments are conducted smoothly.

Office of Administration
Office of Administration are the one who will put up in checks of every division on their task and duties given. Any members who are not taking responsible of their own division duties will be given a Disciplinary action. They also supervise and making sure that every task and duties given are done smoothly and reports to the higher ups if there’s some problems on dealing with the duties.

Board of Chairman
From the information they received, they will come up with decision on what to improve or to be implemented to make the management and the progress within the agency runs smoothly. Then they will submit the proposal to the Divisional Directors. If the issue from the information they received can be handled and conclude by them, it won’t be brought to the Divisional Directors, they will execute a plan and informing the informants about the changes or decision made. However they still have to put up a reports to the higher ups related to the changes/improvements been made.

International Affairs
I.A handles the relationship between agencies and within the agency. They mostly handle cases where the issues involved other parties. They work under Moderation for a smooth process. They are affiliated with the management and affairs among members of NS. They are the right person to approach for things related to other agency. If things get out of hand, they will submit a request for assistance to the higher ups.

Moderation
Moderators are in charge of things related to the Disciplinary Policies. They mainly supervise the Disciplinary actions taken and handle them with appropriate procedures. They will also need to approve some of the disciplinary actions taken based on the Disciplinary Policies. If the problem is beyond their rights, they will seek Leadership+ for assistance.

Divisional Directors (Special Unit)
Look after their divisions and put the ideas of improving their division. They represent their divisions for any meetings affiliated with their division. From the information, proposal from other Units, they will be responsible to execute and finalised the changes been made and submitted a report to the specific unit related. They are also responsible if any of the members within their division caused issues and admitted to the Disciplinary procedures. They are in general the head of the work force within the agency. They report directly to the Leadership (4iC).

Each division within the non iC rank in the agency will be managed by a staff. They are in charge of supervising and improvise their division under their care for the better. They are the initial rank for iC. Thus, they are freshly experienced which is a good for them to be a part of the management of the respective divisions. They are fully in charge of their division. However if there is any problems related to their division and other division, they will have to submit a report to the Executive Cabinet (4iC). They will work with Divisional Directors for improvements and changes should be made. Though, they need to record the changes.

Ownership plays an important role as a part of the management. They mainly represents NS to the public groups for certain matters. They also plays a big role in submitting reports of the public opinion towards NS. Which means, they will need to have great connections with other agencies or groups. Getting feedback from them and plan an ideas for improvements, submit a proposal in meetings are the general task for Ownership.

The Secretariats are the head role of NS work force. They are in charge of units for improvements. They are highly connected with the Leadership (4iC) to make sure that everything runs smoothly. Secretariat are all about reports and documents. They will have to make a weekly report documents for the tracking of the progress of divisions within the agency. These reports will be submitted to the Presidential (2iC) to be reviewed. Therefore, an authentic information is what they need for a fine report.

They will also in charge of discussing for the better future of the agency. Presidential can be only elected by the members of the agency, which means they are not assigned roles by Foundation. This gives the NS members freedom to choose their representatives. Though, the candidates will be reviewed by the Foundation to be approved.

They have rights to terminate the position of the iCs with approval from the Directorate+. They are responsible for creating a finest board of iCs and management. Everything regarding ranks and policies, they are the one who’s in charge. They are the head of the management within the agency.

The Directorates are the main advisor to the Foundation. They plays the biggest role on ensuring the Foundation are well informed with the wellbeing of the agency. They also are tasked to work together with Chief of Staff (1iC) to manage the agency. They act as Acting Founder when the Foundation is absent. They are Knights of the agency.

They are the one who founded National Security. They are the core to the agency and the big boss of National Security. Every statements from them are orders, and to disobey the orders is to disobey the agency. None shall cross them, nor being disrespectful. They decides for the best of the agency and they foresee the future of National Security. Foundation is what brings the National Security to their glorious moment in history of Habbo!
